Be a Positive Influence

- Always ensure your intent is founded on truth, courage, and respect.
- Be an ambassador for APAC CMC, and act respectfully and professionally to clients, community, stakeholders, and team members at the workplace and in all social settings.
Do No Harm
- Do not tolerate or participate in bullying, discrimination, intolerance, threats of violence, or actual violence and harassment.
- Rumors and disparagement have no place at APAC CMC.
- Act honestly; deceit and disingenuous behavior are not welcome.
- Protect the health and safety of our fellow consultants, employees, and the communities in which we operate.
- Do not tolerate, promote, or engage in the abuse of legal or illegal drugs. This includes all prescription medication, alcohol, and illicit substances.
- Have a blood alcohol level of 0.00% in the office, on-site, or while using heavy machinery.
- “Vaping” or smoking in the workplace is prohibited.
- Find ways to improve the carbon footprint of our Company
- Comply with the laws, policies, and expectations of the communities in which we operate.
- Don’t engage in nepotism; employ the best person for the role irrespective of an individual’s preference, race, or creed.
- Treating people with equity rather than equality to achieve fair outcomes for all.
Reporting
- Avoid conflicts of interest; where a conflict cannot be avoided, report it for investigation and resolution.
- Think of others, and let superiors know about the progress and challenges faced by your team. If they are asking, it is probably too late.
- Report gifts, including tickets, flights, goods, and donations- do not actively seek them out.
- Report behavior inconsistent with this code of conduct.
Informing
- Lay the groundwork for consultation and cooperation. Involve colleagues in activities relating to deliverables in your function and the more significant business.
- Gauge opinions and thoughts from peers, leverage knowledge, and find innovations and solutions; one cannot deliberate in a void.
Consulting
- Informally engage with all levels and seek those with the knowledge and creativity to improve your deliverables. A problem shared is a problem halved.
