Shannon Roberts
Managing Director
CAREER & EXPERIENCE: Shannon Roberts is the Managing Director of APAC CMC PTY LTD. Having been involved in several energy projects with top oil majors and project consultants worldwide, Shannon has extensive technical knowledge about the energy industry and its operations.
The last two decades of his career have been spent supporting the delivery of major Australian Oil & Gas, infrastructure, and mining projects from design to commissioning – both onshore and offshore for major clients including Chevron, Shell, Woodside, BHP, and the Western Australian Government.
In the early stages of his career (the late 1990s) he had acquired a broad knowledge of the fabrication, maintenance, and testing of power generation and pressure equipment in heavy chemical processing plants.
QUALIFICATION & RECOGNITION: Shannon’s qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Business, Diploma in Engineering – Technical, and Diploma – International Welding Specialist. Shannon has been in the industry for more than 3 decades and has earned broad experience in the oil, gas, petrochemical, and renewable energy industries.
